Ciara London is a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer and Body Sculptor. She has transformed over 10,000 girls online with her training guides, and trained thousands of girls across the last 5 years in North London.

Ciara has been training thousands of you through her live training programme. Although the saying still stands, ‘you can’t out-train good nutrition’. So level one has essentially been unlocked, now to reach level two we need track progress through targeted, specific nutrition to compliment the intense training.

In order to do this, she has partnered up with Body Transformation Coach and Expert, Mike Fitness. Between Ciara and Mike, they have the capacity to take on clients UK Wide and Globally who can follow their tailored individualistic nutrition and training plans, specific to each client’s goal, from the comfort of their own home/gym.

Their mission is to ensure girls reach their maximum potential with the help of not just one expert but two.

BODY BY CIARA NUTRITION PLANS

There are three levels of nutrition plans; Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Body Silver

Silver is pre-prepared easy to follow Body Nutrition Plan and comes in 8 formats.

1. Shape and Shred; Meat and Fish 

For those of you looking to lean out and burn fat through a calorie deficit.

Plan includes three meals and one snack a day, dairy/non dairy options, white meat and fish.

2. Shape and Sculpt; Meat and Fish.

For those of you looking to maintain/build muscle, creating shape and curves, whilst burning fat.

Plan includes four meals, one protein shake and one snack a day, dairy/non dairy options, white meat and fish.

3. Shape and Shred; Pescatarian.

For those of you looking to lean out and burn fat through a calorie deficit.

Plan includes three meals and one snack a day, dairy/non dairy options, fish and vegetarian meals.

Some may want to drop body fat immediately before gaining some lean muscle, in which case they might follow Shape and Shred for 6 weeks, before moving across to Shape and Sculpt, for a more sustainable lean mass guide.

All plans are meticulously designed to be macro friendly, and are subject to the individuals discretion and personal goals.

Your plan should arrive same day as purchase by email, however please allow up to 24 hours because of demand, before enquiring about receipt of your plan.

Body Gold

The Gold Package is essentially a personalised version of the Silver plan.

We will take on board your intolerances/ allergies/ food likes and dislikes to create a nutrition plan that suits your own personal needs.

To purchase the Gold or Premium plans, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page detailing your nutritional needs/wants and diet history in full, select the plan and pay. 

Please allow us 7 days from receipt of this information, to create your personalised nutrition plan before it is sent across.

Body Platinum

The platinum package is a 4 week package that comes with a macro friendly food plan, personalised to you, as well as a weekly online check in and ongoing contact and support with Ciara or Mike for the entire 4 weeks.

If you are interested in the Platinum packages it is very important you fill out the starter form honestly and accurately so that Ciara and Mike can tailor your nutrition exactly, to you and can make sure you are also maximising your training ability.

Platinum packages are limited as Ciara and Mike can only support a certain number of clients at any one time, every 4 weeks there will be a new opportunity for squad members to join the platinum package.

Again please allow 7 days upon receipt of your information, for us to create your personalised nutrition plan and make starting contact with you.

These nutrition plans are simple to follow, with several options in order to make sure there is something for everyone, so that no matter what you are up to, or where you are in the world (even on holiday) we can stay on track with both training and nutrition!

Ciara and Mike understand that you are all leading busy lives and getting to the gym isn’t always straight forward. Understanding what a clean meal is, can also be confusing and misleading.

Therefore, these nutrition plans are simply laid out for maximum clarity and live workouts remain online for 24 hours. Furthermore, we we have a very easy to use, online library right here on this site, that you can access 24/7. Because of this the training plan makes sure that no matter your personal situation, you can still follow a training plan and hit your goals!

Gold and Platinum Package Form

Nutritional Audit, Consultation, and Tailored Nutrition Plan

In order to get your journey started with Ciara and Mike, they will require a 7 day, brutally honest food diary. An individual’s diet can often be based upon circumstantial eating, emotional eating, day to day habits, as well as dietary requirements. In order to give you the most realistic and effective nutrition plan, they need to understand your daily schedule, what you like and don’t like, where your weaknesses and strengths lay. This will give you the best possible shot at following a nutrition plan that is realistic and achievable for you.

If you have paid for the platinum package; following your audit you will have a nutritional consultation with Ciara or Mike over the phone discussing your diet, where you think your weaknesses and strengths are in detail, as well as any other dietary requirements.

Ciara and Mike will then devise for you a four week nutrition plan, which you must adhere to for the full duration of your training.

When you join the squad you will be supplied with a WhatsApp number and email address alongside your training and nutrition plan, in order to answer any questions you have on your journey. Ciara and Mike will get back to you all as soon as possible and aims to reply to everyone as fast as she physically can.
