Ciara is a fully qualified Personal Trainer with over 5 years’ experience. She’s amassed a huge social following over the years and has finally decided to take her classes online!
She’s brought on a team of amazing trainers with decades of experience in fitness and personal training. Being part of the Squad is about more than just getting fit. It’s a supportive and welcoming community where we encourage each other to do our best, push through those difficult days and reach our fitness and body goals.
There’s no one-size-fits-all here, you can tailor your workout plan to your needs with advice and support from all the trainers and other Squad members. There are also new challenges to take part in every few months. So far these have included the Booty Challenge to grow that peach and the Rose Gold Challenge, paired with our newly launched nutrition and fitness plans packed with advice, tips, recipes, macro tracking and more.
Classes are created to fit each new challenge and are always fresh and exciting. They include things like Full Body Sculpting, Skipping vs. Abs, Lower Body Focus, Jogging vs. Sprint, Sunrise Power Flow Yoga, Super Circuits, Soulful Meditation, Boxing and Conditioning and B2B HIIT Burnout.
Ciara has also devised original workouts exclusive to Squad members like PT In Your Pocket, where you’ll feel like you’re in a one-to-one session with Ciara and other trainers as they take you through each move and exercise. Perfect for doing at home, in the park, or the gym!
Workouts happen both live and on demand and all our sessions are recorded and uploaded to our app where they’re available 24/7. Whenever you want, wherever you are in the world, you can always train with Ciara and the team and be part of the Body Squad community.

The progress may not appear to be loads, but since joining the squad in May, I have grown in confidence, strength and resistance - both mentally and physically and I am so grateful to be a part of the squad. I have been going to the gym since I was 21/22, but only really took it seriously and had better nutrition since I came back from travelling last Feb (2019). I was nervous about turning 30 in April and I am only 5 months into this new decade but I feel I look and feel better than I ever did in my 20's! So for that Ciara I’m truly grateful for all that you do. I am stronger, fitter, leaner.. 😍😍 and this isn’t even my final form!!
